Is the Insta Bar Mega Pro 160K rechargeable?

Yes. The 1000 mAh battery recharges over USB Type-C, so you can work through all 40 mL instead of tossing the device when the cell dies. The e-liquid side is sealed: you cannot refill it or change the coil.

Will I really get 160,000 puffs?

Treat 160,000 as the manufacturer’s ceiling, measured in Regular mode on short draws. Turbo mode, longer pulls and wide-open airflow all use e-liquid faster, so most people land below the number. It is still the largest puff rating in the Insta Bar range.

What is the difference between Regular and Turbo?

Regular runs at lower output to stretch battery and e-liquid — it is the setting the 160,000 rating is based on. Turbo raises power for a warmer, denser draw and drains both faster. There is no wrong answer; just know that Turbo costs you runtime.

What nicotine strength does it come in?

One strength only: 20 mg/mL, the maximum Health Canada allows in a vaping product. If you usually vape 10 or 12 mg/mL, treat this as a step up rather than a starter device.

How does 40 mL compare with a normal disposable?
